Gascoigne Training and Assessment is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) formed in 2002. With training centre’s throughout Victoria, we offer a range of flexible training options to both individuals and companies. We work closely with small and large businesses, including government clients, to develop and deliver customised training specific to each organisation. We guarantee our clients will be provided the highest quality of training and assessment with integrity, which will not be compromised, at a fair and reasonable price.
RTO 21396: We operate under the RTO framework in accordance with the national guidelines of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and the requirements of the Victorian Vocational Education and Training (VET) as set down by both Commonwealth and State Government authorities.
Jim Gascoigne, commenced his own business within the training industry in 2002, starting Gascoigne Training and Assessment. Jim has over 40 years experience in the road contruction industry and 25 years as a trainer. He has worked with numerous organisations throughout his working life with companies such as the Country Roads Board, Road Construction Authority, VicRoads, AH Plant Hire and Civil Contractors Federation.

- Certificate III in Civil Contruction (Plant)
- Certificate III in OHS
- Road Safety Auditor (VicRoads)
- Operator Licences – High Rish Work (WorkCover Assessor)
Cindy Gascoigne, became a Director in 2008, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from the retail industry. Cindy has over 20 years experience managing and training personnel from sales and management industries. Cindy has working for a wide range of companies Australia wide.
RTO coordinator and Trainer/Assessor, responsible for training courses, operator qualification cards, certificates, course bookings and customer service.

- Recreational Boat and PWC Licensing (Victoria Marine Safety)
